To avoid possible technical difficulties on the day of the AGM voting will be in advance through the members' only section of our website. It will not be possible to facilitate any means of voting other than through AGM Voting in the Members area
Voting papers go Live
from Monday 30th September,12:00 noon (UK time)
until Monday 14th October 12:00 noon (UK time)
The results of each ballot will be announced during the AGM on
19th October 2024 and reported in a future Journal.

Enter the email address you have registered with the society and your password and click/tap Sign In.
Forgotten your password?
Access the forgotten password page and follow the instructions to trigger an email which will be sent to the email address that you have registered with us. Click on the link in that email which will take you to a web page asking for a new password (it can be the same as an old one). Type the new password into both boxes and press Update My Password.
Now go to the Members area and sign in using that new password.
NB: No-one else in the society is able to alter your password - only you can do it.
Recover Password message does not arrive
The message should arrive in your inbox within a couple of minutes. Should it not arrive check your Junk/spam folder and if it is not there either then follow 'Registered email address forgotten' procedure.
Registered email address forgotten or you no longer have access to it.
The registered email address is connected to your membership details and it will therefore be necessary for you to contact the Membership Secretary with a request that your record be updated. Please be aware that this may take a few days to action so we therefore suggest you try accessing the Members area well before the voting dates
Whilst you are in the Members area why not check it out and see what is held there for Members only? You can update your details, change your password, update your Surname search choices etc.. There is a growing collection of digitised records including end of life documents in the Kent Wills database. Although, the Wills index can be searched by non-members from the Home page only members can access and download transcripts of the documents. Wills are dated between 14th to the early 20th century and there are currently over 2,000 Wills uploaded, covering 27,000 names. Schools Admission Registers are currently being digitised with Maidstone Girls Grammar School already on the website to search. Other schools will start to follow in due course.
