The fee for purchasing copies of Wills in England and Wales will rise on 17th November 2025.
It has been announced that the the cost of purchasing a Will or Grant of Representation in England and Wales after 1858 will be raised.
The fee for a copy of a Will or Grant of Representation, governed by the Statutory Instrument SI 2025/1126, will increase from £1.50 to £16.00 on the 17th November 2025.
