This month we had the return of Ian Porter, always a popular speaker. His talk was entitled ‘The golden age of travel 1837 – 1937’.
Unfortunately several of us due to individual circumstances beyond our control failed to attend the meeting and so no notes were taken. However, turnout was good and the feedback was that it was a very good, interesting and enjoyable talk as Ian’s talks always are.
