Our speakers talk is taken from part of his book Ashford at War in which he gives a most comprehensive account yet of the town’s worst raid on 24th March 1943.Celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the raid its a tale of the local people who lived through the most desperate struggle of modern times.
Ed will be bringing copies of his book for purchase during the evening.
