Dover, St James and Holy Trinity - Monumental inscriptions
St James Church, Dover was destroyed during World War 2. No interior memorials survived. In 1973 the churchyard was cleared by the council. This publication has drawn together records from 1915 and earlier published on microfiche by the Society. Also included are some records from the "new" church built in 1862 in Maison Dieu Road and demolished after the last war together with some memorials from the former Holy Trinity Church.

Fiche 1522 is a transcription of a notebook dated 1915 held, at the time of publication, in Dover Reference Library in which memorials in the churchyard were recorded.
Fiche 1684 has a record of the memorials inside the church and memorials in the “new” church built in 1862 in Maison Dieu and demolished after 1945. Also included are some interior memorials from the former Holy Trinity Church.
Fiche 1882 has mainly records published on fiche 1684 with the addition of some new material.
