The Archives team at Kent FHS have just released an index for the Inscriptions in the Churchyard on Chapel Bank, Eboney (now Ebony), Isle of Oxney, Kent.
Surnames included in the list of inscriptions include BUTLER, CATT, CLOAKE, DIXON, FOWLE, HOPE, LEPPER, LUCKHURST, LYLE, MITCHELL, PAIN, PAINE, PANNE, POILE, RAMSDEN, RELFE, STRETTON, TURK, VIRRELL, WALKER, and WELLER.
The original inscriptions list was compiled by Leland L Duncan in 1919 and is now held in the archives of the Institute of Heraldic and Genealogical Studies (IGHS) in Canterbury.
