About the talk 
This talk will explain and discuss brickmaking, mainly in the 19th century, and how the workforce acted as teams, their wages and social conditions.

About the speaker 
David Cufley is a former President of North West Kent Family History Society. He leads workshops and gives talks to family history and local history societies. David is also a member of the Guild of One Name Studies and a number of other Family History Societies. He has been researching his family since the late 1960s.
