There are three errors on the original disk and
the corrected pages can be downloaded from here.

To obtain these files, move your mouse cursor over the
file you wish to download. Click on the RIGHT mouse button.
This will bring up a box with various options.
Click on "Save Target As...."
This will open a box headed "SAVE AS"
Adjust the "Save in" box at the top to your requirements
and then Click on the "SAVE" button on the
lower right hand side of this box.
The file will be stored on your computer
in the directory you have specified.
