1. Non-Members are required to add £ 1.00 extra per set. Members MUST quote their membership number.
2. Please make all payments in sterling.
3. All cheques/drafts/Money Orders should be made payable to KENT FAMILY HISTORY SOCIETY.
4. Prices include postage and packing 2nd class (inland) and surface mail overseas.
   'NEW' Overseas Airmail Service add the following amounts:
   Order value up to:
     £20.00 = +£2.00
     £40.00 = +£2.50
     £60.00 = +£3.00
     £80.00 = +£3.50
   £100.00 = +£4.00
   
5. Please enclose order and payment ONLY.
   Any other correspondence should be directed to the appropriate KFHS committee member (See back of Journal).
6. Orders are dispatched by a volunteer as soon as possible but out of stock fiches can take up to two months to replenish. Partial orders are not sent. Please do not chase within this period.
7. DO NOT SEND CASH (notes or coins) through the mail as this cannot be traced.
8. STAMPS are not acceptable in payment for fiche orders.
9. A self-addressed adhesive label would be greatly appreciated by our volunteers.
10. Overseas Members and Non-Members who would like notification of receipt of order and remittance,should mark their order form "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REQUIRED PLEASE" and send one IRC + self-addressed envelope or UK stamped envelope to cover air mail postage for this service.
