SOLUTIONS TO MEMBER'S PROBLEMS

Section 1.
Outlook Express and HTML copies

Several of our members have been having difficulties setting up their OUTLOOK EXPRESS E-mail program so that it does not include an "HTML" copy of their message.
If a message is sent with such a copy attached then it is being rejected by the KFHS Mail list and this is obviously causing some frustration. To avoid having to keep repeating the message, three pages have been added here which should show some easy to follow "screen prints" of how to avoid the problem.
